The website presents ECAS Electro's services — EMS (electronics manufacturing, through Felix Electronic Services), embedded development, box build and electronic component distribution — and lets businesses start B2B collaborations through messages and requests for quotation (RFQ).

The online component shop is in preparation and is not yet active. The terms of sale (orders, prices, payment, delivery and returns) will be published before launch and will apply in addition to these terms.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to try to disrupt its operation or security: unauthorised access to our systems, large-scale automated extraction of content, or uploading files that contain malicious software.

Information on the website is general and descriptive. Specifications, lead times and prices are agreed only through written quotes and contracts.

The website content — the ECAS Electro name and logo, texts, illustrations, technical sketches and design — belongs to ECAS ELECTRO S.R.L. or its partners and is protected by Romanian Copyright Law no. 8/1996.

Copying, distributing or using it commercially without our prior written consent is prohibited. Manufacturers' trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Sending a request for quotation, a BOM list or project files does not create a contractual obligation. It is an invitation to quote. A contract is formed only when a quote is accepted in writing.

The technical documentation you send us remains your property. We use it only to evaluate, quote and, where applicable, deliver the contracted project, and we treat it as confidential.

On request, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you send us your documentation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the website will work without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, ECAS ELECTRO S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or business interruption resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

The website links to partner and manufacturer websites (for example felix-ems.ro or electronica.de). We do not control the content or policies of these websites and are not responsible for them.

Personal data is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018, as described in the Privacy Policy. The cookies and local data used by the website are described in the Cookie Policy.

We may update these terms, for example when the online shop launches. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to resolve any disagreement amicably; otherwise it will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.
