PACKAGE DELIVERY

1.1. Once you make an order on the website ECAS ELECTRO, you will be contacted via email and / or phone by one of our operators who will determine with you the details of delivery.

1.2. Product delivery can be made within less than 24 hours and a maximum of 30 days from the time that were validated for details (method of payment, delivery, stock prices) usually if related products command is own stocks, order will ship within 3 working days.

1.3. If some items are not in stock or our suppliers we work with, the product will be imported specially for you and the delivery time can increase. You will be notified by email or phone and our operators will agree on all the details of the order, including payment in advance (of a certain percentage of the order or fully, depending on the product ordered and the level of lending from ECAS ELECTRO), which is mandatory for this type of order.

1.4. In case of impossibility to supply certain products because of their lack Stock ECAS ELECTRO and suppliers within the time specified, the command is delayed until product availability or canceled.

1.5. Upon delivery, the goods will be accompanied by the following documents: original tax invoice, receipt and where appropriate, and other documents, if any (warranty, certificate of devices, etc.).

1.6. ECAS ELECTRO deliver the goods to a courier on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8h30 a.m. to 6h30 p.m.

To receive the package the next day, you must place your order today, until 2h00 p.m.

1.7. Delivery is extra charge, depending on destination, weight and value of the package, valid in the range of courier companies and postal services:

• By courier companies contracted by our company, at the address provided by your order
• By courier companies agreed or your postal service provided in the order.

1.8. Delivery is free for packages that exceed the value of 100 RON, but weigh less than 0.5 Kg.

      For products from Digilent Inc. you must paid, in addition, 20 RON + VAT, for transport anywhere in Romania.
