PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURNS

1.1. The site www.ecas.ro, named ECAS ELECTRO online store, is owned ECAS ELECTRO company whose identifiers are specified in "ABOUT ECAS" page.

1.2. ECAS ELECTRO offers and special prices are valid for a maximum period specified in the site or by an operator.

1.3. ECAS ELECTRO cannot guarantee and cannot assume responsibility that the information presented on the site are not affected by errors that are complete or updated and that the services offered by this website are available uninterruptedly and without errors. Please check the correctness of the specifications on the manufacturer's website desired product by clicking a link just below the specification (if present) or by searching it through Google search engine. ECAS ELECTRO company assumes no responsibility for the results of your application through the use of products purchased, regardless of intended use.

1.4. Prices, offers, stock status, specifications and images presented on the site www.ecas.ro are subject to change without notice.

1.5. All products come with invoice and certificate of quality and warranty (if applicable). Some products have certificates of conformity which is obtained by download from the manufacturer's website.

1.6. In some cases the products may be returned, provided their integrity (no scratches, cracks, burns, broken seals or labels or any other physical defects), and the presence of all packaging integrity, integrity and presence of accessories, but no later than 10 working days of receipt of goods from the courier company. You cannot return consumables (batteries, chemicals, sprays, lamps, etc.) or products containing consumables. You cannot return items that have been unsealed.
